You will be part of HPB’s School Health Services Department (School Operations) within the Youth Preventive Service (YPS) to support the Board’s vision to provide a professional service to satisfy stakeholder needs in support of the division’s intended outcomes through facilitating decision making by management to achieve effectiveness and efficiency in service delivery and business processes.

**What you will be working on**
- What You Can expect As a key member of the School Health Services Department (School Operations) you will have to be comfortable wearing many hats such as: - Ensure alignment with all stakeholders to manage vendors for departments under the Youth Preventive Health Service. - Assisting in initiatives that directly impact stakeholders’ experiences on YPS’ services/ programmes by providing views and ideas on how service excellence can be improved - Supporting the division’s exploration of new and innovative ways of working through pilots and experimental initiatives to support overall YPS future-proofing methods - Coordinating regular divisional enterprise and operational risk management review and establish internal platforms and processes for reporting to minimise potential risks and major incidents
