We are seeking a highly skilled and organized technical project leader to oversee our engineering tasks. As a key team member, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing technical projects to meet deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute complex technical tasks such as system and device installation and deployment
  • Perform thorough site surveys and measurements independently or with external vendors & partners to ensure they are sufficient for installation of touchpoints & devices
  • Work closely and manage vendors to identify, track, and correct deployment issues (hardware replacement) with vendors performing touchpoint installation
  • Perform hardware and workstation installation, as well as basic software installation and configuration tasks
  • Create or update detailed project documentation
  • Manage multiple vendors involved in deployment and monitor and follow-up with their progress to ensure assigned timelines are met
  • Escalate issues to the deployment manager / project manager if vendors / technical tasks face challenges that cannot be resolved
  • Track and document hardware and software quotations, procurement, and delivery
  • Perform inventory tracking and asset tagging
  • Work closely with the integration team to provide support during System Integration Tests, ORAT, and Go Live
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, handling complex technical tasks with professionalism
  • Conscious about service quality, with an appropriate sense of urgency in fulfilling customer requirements
  • Possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Requirements:
  • Experience in deploying end-user devices, touchpoints such as PC Workstations, CCTV, Wifi Access Point
  • Experience in network or server equipment deployment (rack/stack/cabling) and basic configurations is preferred
  • Good knowledge in different operating systems like Windows 10, Windows Server, and Linux (RedHat)
  • IT administration skills involving TCP/IP Networking
