Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Project Leader to oversee and deliver complex IT projects. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of project management principles, experience with enterprise applications, and a proven ability to collaborate across diverse teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Defining project scope, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with business goals.
  • Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
  • Managing end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring compliance with technical and functional requirements.
  • Leading cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, data engineers, and external consultants.
  • Serving as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure project alignment with organizational needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The following qualifications and skills are essential for this role:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are desirable.
  • Experience: 5+ years of project management experience, preferably with IT application, data systems, ERP, CRM, or similar projects.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Salesforce. Knowledge of data management concepts, including ETL, data warehousing, and analytics tools.
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, team-building, and decision-making abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
