Above all, to remain conscious that the dynamism of creativity from _designers _, along with the relentless chase of outcomes from _project _managers _will contribute to BuildBuilt’s grand vision.

BuildBuilt’s Project Leader will work alongside the leadership team, and project personnel to create and enforce contract and customer policies, ensuring that we achieve a better project experience by all stakeholder.

**OBJECTIVES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- The project leader will ensure
- an elevated customer experience within projects
- contract administration
- smooth and quick onboarding process
- less anxious customers at construction
- resolving customer unhappiness
- performance from designers and project managers
- contracts, customer and people policies upheld
- the minimising of BuildBuilt’s risk exposure:

- finance risk
- reputation risk
- safety risk
- device processes for a better experience: corporate, environmental, process efficiencies, and for a more satisfied customer
- by observing, collecting data and reporting to BuildBuilt’s support team on customer feedback

The Project Leader will be required to:

- be present at all critical milestones of the project:

- enquiries
- kick-off
- mid-construction
- conduct customer feedback
- conduct project initiations and debriefs
- meet a collective revenue target
- represent BuildBuilt to sign-off on project contracts, formal engagements and legal agreements
- Look into other BuildBuilt verticals and collaborate with other team members should personnel and areas of responsibility affect core work
