Job Summary:

JJ Consulting Services is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Trainee Air Hub Lead - Flight Ops. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating flight operations, ensuring seamless communication with airline representatives, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and disseminate airline schedules to relevant departments and stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely transmission of movement messages and coordinate with relevant departments on crew requests.
  • Coordinate with airline representatives for AOG, flight delays, or cancellations.
  • Prepare and present crew briefing packages according to airline policy and SOP.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments for fuel and weight restrictions and Zero Fuel Weight.
  • Collaborate with SIN AIS and airline dispatchers for flight rerouting or irregularities.
  • Ensure stipulated hotels are informed of crew names and flight details prior to arrival.
  • Disseminate crew lists and allowance sheets to relevant parties.
  • Coordinate with airlines' hotels and transport companies for bookings and revisions.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any discipline.
  • Comfortable with shift work.
