Key Responsibilities

As an Academy Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administration of our academy. This includes managing our training programs, supporting our educators, and ensuring that our facilities are maintained to a high standard.

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for improving our administrative processes.
  • Collaborate with educators to plan and deliver training programs.
  • Serve as a liaison between the academy and its stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and staff.
  • Contribute to financial planning and budgeting.
  • Manage the inventory of office supplies and equipment.
  • Oversee procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of essential supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in internal and external audits to maintain high standards of governance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
