The Carbon Market Academy of Singapore ("CMAS") aspires to beAsia's top academy for carbon management education, with anemphasis on supporting Singapore's objective of becoming a CarbonServices and Trading Hub for Southeast Asia and the Asia Pacificregion. It is looking for a Senior Executive who will play acritical role in the effective delivery of CMAS' programmes andinitiatives. He/She will work closely with various parts of theuniversity and the industry to achieve its goals.

The role offers an exciting opportunity toengage with and build a network with a wide range of stakeholderswithin the Carbon Market industry in Singapore and the surroundingregion. Besides playing a key role in the successful rollout ofcapacity building programmes, the successful candidate will alsohave the opportunity to contribute directly to thought-leadershipinitiatives and various collaborations withindustry.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensureadministrative and operational matters are executed according toCMAS' Governance requirements, in particular budgeting andreporting
  • Support the planning and operationalexecution of CMAS' initiatives across its Brand Building, Coursesand Thought Leadership focus areas. This may include eventmanagement, working with partners to launch digital campaigns,etc.
  • Establish and manage relationships withIndustry Partners, Participants, Faculty, and Vendors to deliveragainst CMAS's initiatives
  • Lead thedocumentation and reporting on CMAS' initiatives. This may includedeveloping frameworks or processes for workplan implementation.
  • Deliver in general programme management andadministrationrequirements.


Thecandidate should have:
  • Bachelor'sdegree in business or any related field.
  • 1 to 2years' work experience in administrative, event management andprogramme management roles.
  • Proven experiencein programme management and administration (budgeting, reporting)would be an advantage
  • Ability to work withpeople of various levels and cultures, with excellent interpersonalskills.
  • Excellent writing, communication andorganizational skills.
  • Versatile, Independentself-starter who takes ownership andaccountability.
  • Demonstrated interest inSustainability and/or Carbon Market related topics would beadvantageous.
