Key Role: Performance Management Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to support the implementation of our annual performance management framework. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as experience with performance appraisal processes.
The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting periodic reviews of HR policies and benchmarking activities with external agencies. They will also facilitate the organization's performance appraisal cycle and streamline relevant processes to enhance our performance management system.
In addition to these duties, the candidate will assist in reviewing and implementing compensation and rewards policies, analyzing market trends, and making recommendations. They will also contribute to the review and implementation of the salary structure, including starting salary frameworks, increment matrices, and bonus structures.
The successful candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in standard software applications such as MS Office, email communications, and internet research is also essential.
