Key Performance Driver

User Growth and Retention Specialist Role

The role of a User Operations Manager is to drive user engagement, retention, and growth across key segments. The specialist will use data and technology to craft and optimize user journeys, design effective retention and referral programs, and support the continuous improvement of the user lifecycle.

  • Develop and execute targeted user growth initiatives.
  • Use data analysis tools to segment users and apply frameworks like RFM models, lifecycle planning, and cohort analysis to drive actionable insights.
  • Build and optimize marketing automation and CRM campaigns via push notifications, email, and in-app messages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive user success and satisfaction.
  • Track and report campaign performance and user metrics to inform future improvements.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, 3+ years of experience in user operations or growth operations, proficiency in data analysis tools, and business-level English language skills.
