Job Title: Key Performance Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven individual to fill the role of Key Performance Manager. This position is ideal for someone who possesses excellent communication and client management skills, as well as the ability to learn and work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new clients by designing and implementing efficient workflows and processes before delegating tasks to associates
  • Manage and supervise associates in handling day-to-day outsourced finance functions, including accounts payable processing and payroll
  • Review accounts prepared by junior associates
  • Handle full sets of accounts for a portfolio of clients during month-end and year-end closing
  • Provide guidance to clients on matters related to finance operations, accounting systems, accounting treatments, and reporting
  • Ensure timely submission of GST and payroll documents
  • Prepare tax computations (training will be provided if necessary)
