Head Culinary Officer

We are seeking a Head Culinary Officer to lead our culinary team and oversee menu development, food safety, and kitchen operations.

This role requires exceptional leadership skills to manage and mentor kitchen staff, including Sous Chefs, Line Cooks, and prep personnel.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of culinary experience in leadership roles such as Sous Chef or Executive Chef and possess strong knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and culinary trends.

Responsibilities include designing and implementing menu concepts, developing relationships with suppliers, managing inventory, and enforcing policies related to food safety and health regulations.

Candidates should also possess excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure seamless service and a high-quality dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement innovative menu concepts that showcase creativity and expertise.
  • Develop and maintain effective partnerships with suppliers to secure high-quality ingredients.
  • Lead and train kitchen staff to achieve exceptional performance and productivity.
  • Implement and enforce policies related to food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.

Requirements and Qualifications:
