Product Innovation Manager Role

Job Description

This is a product innovation role that aims to deliver high-quality digital solutions to meet business needs. The Product Innovation Manager will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and meeting business objectives.

The key responsibilities of this role include conducting impact assessments, proposing suitable product solutions, and working on the product lifecycle from ideation to launch. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting design reviews, user research, and analyzing customer feedback to drive continuous product improvements.

Additionally, the Product Innovation Manager will act as a liaison between the technical team and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment on product goals and strategies. They will also present product updates and performance to senior management, justifying decisions with data insights.

Requirements for this role include a minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, and 1-2 years of digital product management experience or business analysis experience. Knowledge of Agile Product Management, Certified Scrum Product Owner, Project Management Professional, PRINCE-2, LEAN Six Sigma, CBAP, or Scrum is an advantage. Good technical understanding of digital solutions in the market and basic software development and database knowledge are also required.
