Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Financial Operations Specialist to drive efficiency, risk mitigation, and financial success in our organization. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing financial operations processes to ensure timely and accurate payments.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to leverage data analysis and contribute to the continuous improvement of financial operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Customer & Partner Relationship Management:
  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Manage outsourced partners to ensure adherence to collection targets and resolve escalations.
  • Work with finance, sales, and product teams to quickly resolve billing and payment issues.
  • Assist customers in adopting new process changes and offerings to improve their billing and payment experience.
  • Project Management & Coordination:
  • You will manage project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, and project documentation.
  • Ensure timely execution of finance-related projects by closely monitoring progress and facilitating communication between teams.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide actionable insights to leadership and other key stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP FICA and S/4HANA configurations, functionalities, and best practices within the finance domain.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in accounts receivable and payable management.
  • Familiarity with change management processes.
