Client Services provides industry-leading operational support to Visa's clients around the world. With our deep knowledge and expertise, we are a key internal partner to product and technology, bringing the voice of the customer into the design, development and successful deployment of Visa products and services, and enabling our client facing teams to deliver and scale new products, services and initiatives into the market.

The Business Operations and Strategy team at Visa is responsible for developing core strategies for Client services and defines key business initiatives across the organisation. The team identifies, analyses and recommends new opportunities in order to meet business goals, and prioritises investments based on expected outcomes and value to Visa. The Team works closely with Regional, Global and in-market stakeholders at various levels of the organisation.
**What a Senior Consultant, Performance Optimization does at Visa**:
We are hiring a global Sr. Consultant to focus on two initiatives - Digital Authentication Framework (DAF) monitoring program and 3DS client optimization. This will be an individual contributor who will be responsible for executing the defined global operating model for these two initiatives within AP. This highly visible leader will partner with Global Business Optimization, Product and Global Readiness (core team) to obtain reporting on clients that are underperforming and execute on the defined client engagement model to either notify on lack of compliance for DAF or to have a discussion on root cause and potential process changes to improve 3DS performance. This highly visible leader will be instrumental to the success of these multi-faceted, global initiatives.

This Senior Consultant role is an individual contributor role responsible for executing a global playbook for these performance programs (3DS and DAF) by coordinating efforts with the dedicated resources within GBO and Global Readiness to:

- Review data analytics/reporting to determine performance optimization insights
- Define and prioritize the targeted markets and clients
- Execute on the agreed upon client outreach plan
- Continuously share information to improve processes and reduce duplicative efforts
- Complete defined tracking reporting to demonstrate monitoring (DAF) and optimization (3DS) progress

In this role, you are expected to:

- Execute on global playbook for 3DS performance optimization and DAF monitoring and notification processes
- Develop strong partnership with Global Readiness and Regional Product teams in order to be recognized as a key contributor to their success
- Build a successful engagement model with the core team of dedicated CS resources in Global Business Optimization, Global Readiness and the regional CS teams focused on Client outreach support, which will allow for shared knowledge and improved efficiencies
- Maintain continuous and timely feedback to Product and Global Readiness
- Utilize and provide feedback on supplied documentation on the optimization and monitoring model
- Identify/Prioritize key needs, dependencies with regions, define success measures and track status with product
- Engage with Product to provide client feedback on product performance hurdles to influence product enhancements
- Engage regularly with core team to create a feedback forum to define standards and improvements to create efficiencies and eliminate duplicative efforts
- Ensure Product shares and educates features of their pipeline that may impact performance and monitoring. Support effort to define reporting, processes and artifacts needed to adapt due to the changes
- Accountable for optimization and monitoring progress, this person serves as primary contact for the Client Service division’s 3DS optimization and DAF monitoring program for the region
