We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to fill the role of Performance Management and Goals Management Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering value to clients through the implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors PMGM modules.
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Performance Management and Goals Management modules. They will play a key role in designing, configuring, and deploying the PMGM module for both new and existing clients across industries.
The consultant will lead and deliver end-to-end implementations and support for SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) modules, collaborate with clients to understand business goals and translate them into system configurations aligned with SAP best practices, conduct requirement gathering workshops, fit-gap analysis, and document functional specifications.
Responsibilities include configuring performance forms, goal plans, route maps, calibration templates, and continuous performance management features, conducting unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, and ensuring successful data migration and go-live, training business users and providing post-go-live support and optimization, ensuring alignment with Employee Central and other integrated modules (e.g., Learning, Compensation, Succession).
The consultant must stay current with SAP product updates and recommend improvements or innovations.
