Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned healthcare professional to lead our hospital-at-home segment. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in healthcare management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Segment Growth:
    • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for hospital-at-home services across various specialties.
    • Identify market trends and needs, and adjust the strategy accordingly.
  • Product Market Fit:
    • Evaluate the fit of our products with customer needs.
  • Customer and Market Targeting:
    • Identify and prioritize target customers and markets.
  • Competition Analysis:
    • Analyze competitors' offerings and market positioning.
  • Pricing and Business Model:
    • Develop pricing strategies and business models that support growth.
  • Sales Strategy:
    • Create sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Metrics and KPIs:
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure segment performance.
  • Product Roadmap:
    • Lead the development of product roadmaps for each segment.
  • Partnerships and Channel Development:
    • Cultivate partnerships with external providers and allied health organizations.
The Ideal Candidate

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a hospital setting.
