Job Description

The primary role of the Admin Assistant is to provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support in a dynamic school environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Attending to general enquiries via phone calls, walk-ins, and other methods, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
  • Providing expert administrative and housekeeping support in the General Office, including filing, sorting mail, updating notice boards, and managing office stationery, maintaining a well-organized and efficient workspace.
  • Supporting school events and activities, such as PSLE, P1 registration, and staff events, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences for students, parents, and staff.
  • Performing other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned by the school leadership team, adapting to changing needs and priorities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and basic MS Office proficiency, with experience in admin support in a primary school setting. Physical fitness and independent working capabilities are also essential requirements.
