About the RoleThis position involves driving product innovation and industrialization strategies. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product performance, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Drive product evolution by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and technological advancements.
- Collaborate with production operations to ensure seamless execution of product industrialization plans.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce waste.
- Manage product definition files and configurations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Oversee product evolution, including new product introduction and equipment capabilities.
- Lead root cause analysis of quality and process issues using 8D methodology.
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace/Aeronautical/Electrical/Mecharonics Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in technical support functions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
