Our client is a very well-established consumer food company in the region spanning across Asia, Europe, USA.

In view of their expansion, they are now looking for a high calibre professional to join them as:
***PRODUCT INNOVATION MANAGER**

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the entire product development process from initial concept until product launch
- Responsible to overee all phases of new product development and product line extension
- Improve and refresh formulations for existing products
- Work with sales & marketing teams to identify and present product gaps, concepts and flavour trends
- Evaluate new and alternative food ingredients, packaging with supply chain
- Provide guidance to local teams on product innovation, product standards and consumer testing
- Identify areas for growth and create strategic product line roadmaps to drive future growth of business
- Maintain strong relationships with key partners to ensure alignment across thr group, working pro-actively and constructively with relevant teams and supporting cross-functional collaboration

Key Requirements
- Degree in marketing, business or an engineering field with min 10yrs relevant experience
- Proven track record in product innovation and renovation, project generation or management in food & beverage industry
- Strong creative and technical orientation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
