**Job Title:** Senior Construction Quality Assurance Specialist As a seasoned professional in the field of construction quality assurance, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective quality control systems across multiple projects. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead project teams in the preparation and execution of quality management (QM) and construction quality assessment scheme (CONQUAS) assessments. Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish effective in-process quality control systems across multiple projects to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Promote and implement best practices in quality control to ensure readiness and adherence to quality standards.
  • Lead project teams in the preparation and execution of quality management (QM) and construction quality assessment scheme (CONQUAS) assessments, ensuring readiness and adherence to quality standards.
  • Conduct daily QA/QC inspections to verify site compliance with quality standards.
  • Compile and submit monthly QA/QC reports to the corporate quality assurance department.
  • Provide monthly QA/QC training sessions for subcontractors to reinforce quality standards and best practices.
  • Issue non-compliance reports (NCRs) to subcontractors and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Attend regular quality meetings and presentations with the corporate quality assurance department.
  • Verify that works are executed according to approved method statements, building and construction authority's good industry practice, and client/consultant requirements.
  • Coordinate with the building and construction authority for CONQUAS and quality mark (QM) assessments; act as the key liaison for quality-related matters with clients and consultants, especially regarding CONQUAS scoring.
  • Collaborate closely with site engineers and supervisors to ensure construction activities meet CONQUAS standards, provide technical guidance on quality requirements, and deliver training where necessary.
