Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance, including planning, communication, compliance, and documentation control. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Assurance Planning: Develop and implement effective quality assurance plans to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Stakeholder Communication and Coordination: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address quality-related issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Compliance and Documentation Control: Ensure all documents and records are accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Design and Engineering Review: Conduct thorough reviews of design and engineering plans to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Procurement and Vendor Evaluation: Evaluate vendors and suppliers to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Manufacturing/Fabrication Quality: Oversee manufacturing and fabrication processes to ensure high-quality products.
  • Material Handling and Preservation: Develop and implement effective material handling and preservation procedures.
  • Construction Phase Oversight: Monitor and oversee construction activities to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly monitor and report on quality performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent: A degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is required.
  • 8 - 10 years of relevant working experience: The successful candidate must have at least 8-10 years of experience in a related field.
