Job Summary:
- Manage and oversee quality assurance, quality control, and health, safety & environment functions to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality frameworks, standard operating procedures, and food safety protocols.
- Lead and coach a team of quality professionals to achieve high-performance results.
- Conduct risk assessments, manage quality specifications, documentation, and procedures to comply with regulations and company policies.
- Implement corrective actions and follow up on non-compliance issues.
- Prepare quality and performance reports for senior management review.
Requirements:
- Degree in Food Science/Technology or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in the food manufacturing industry (senior role).
- Good understanding of SFA, FSSC/ISO 22000, GMP, HACCP, and other food-related regulations.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Independent, proactive, and meticulous.
