**Regional Sales Manager Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth in the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge and experience of the Transformer market, with a strong focus on building a healthy pipeline of opportunities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales growth for Distribution Transformers within the region.
  • Collaborate with the broader APAC Sales Team to contribute to the overall sales strategy.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and strong business acumen in all sales activities, staying informed about market trends and competitor activities.
  • Engage with consultants and EPC's to identify future projects, build a healthy pipeline, and manage opportunities using CRM tools.
  • Participate in customer negotiations, manage bidding and pricing strategies, and conduct win/loss analysis for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate agents in the region, set business goals, and provide support to achieve regional sales targets.
