Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Fund Operations Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our FundSafety team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing large-scale technical projects that lay the foundation for the iterative development and scale of early products.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver key results, aligning with product and organizational objectives. Your expertise in scalable, highly available, distributed, and mission-critical systems will be crucial in ensuring the success of our fund-related business.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Plan and lead large-scale technical projects, focusing on fund operations and scalability.
  • Align with product and organizational objectives, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver key results.
  • Develop robust, efficient technology platforms and products.
  • Contribute to engineering strategy, tooling, processes, and culture.
  • Research and apply cutting-edge domain and technical knowledge into products.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a relevant discipline, with at least 2 years of working experience.
  • Rich working experience in scalable, highly available, distributed, and mission-critical systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of modern software tech stacks, including front-end applications, large-scale backend, and data pipelines.
  • Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Go, Python, Java, C++.
  • Deep understanding of computer architecture, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Ability to work closely with diverse stakeholders and possess good communication skills.
  • Self-driven, positive, cooperative, and willing to keep learning enthusiasm at all times.
