About the Role

This role as Senior Java Software Architect drives the analysis, design, development, implementation, maintenance and enhancement of application systems to support key schemes delivery. You will:

  • Gather business requirements, translating them into high-level use cases.
  • Prepare workflows, develop technical specifications, and conduct feasibility studies.
  • Prepare project plans and documentation according to standards and guidelines.
  • Perform coding, providing systems support, including SIT, UAT, and participating in SDLC phases.
  • Provide user support through troubleshooting and timely resolution of incidents.
Requirements

  • Avid programmer with relevant experience in Java, full-stack experience an added advantage.
  • Hands-on knowledge in end-to-end SDLC, managing scope, reviewing application design, and delivering cost-effective solutions.
  • Strong technical knowledge in Java/J2EE for application system design, development, and maintenance.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
