Job Overview

As a key team member, you will be responsible for overseeing payroll administration to ensure timely and accurate compensation payments to employees. Your role will also involve following up after each pay run to guarantee seamless operations.

You will play a crucial part in supporting the annual manpower planning process for the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the outsourced payroll team in monthly payroll operations, including sampling to verify payment accuracy.
  • Review and manage all payroll processes to maintain efficiency.
  • Handle all payroll matters, such as reconciliation, cost centre charging, and staff cost recovery.
  • Generate various payroll reports for monthly reporting, audits, insurance, surveys, policy reviews, etc.
  • Prepare budget assumptions and templates for the annual manpower planning exercise.
  • Analyse budget variances and provide forecasts of manpower utilisation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in human resource management or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Experience in handling payroll using Workday and Prosoft is an added advantage.
  • Be analytical, meticulous, and numerical, with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Be self-motivated, able to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
