Job Title:

A seasoned lawyer is sought after to provide top-notch legal services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality legal services consistently
  • Support the Legal Team and Senior Management team to achieve regional objectives
  • Liaise with the Global Legal Team to ensure knowledge sharing
  • Provide strategic legal advice on various matters, including marketing materials, commercial contracts, regulatory issues, client disputes, and debt collection
  • Assist with managing and reviewing client legal documents for CFD and stockbroking businesses
  • Collaborate closely with Sales/Partners Teams, Compliance Team, Business Operations Team, and Marketing Team to ensure business relationships are correctly structured and documented in approved jurisdictions
Requirements:
  • Mid-level lawyer with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience
  • Knowledge of local laws required
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and tackle new challenges
  • Willingness to learn and travel occasionally
