**Job Title:** Financial Services Manager
The ideal candidate will lead the team responsible for delivering high-quality Record to Report (R2R) services, ensuring compliance and driving efficiency. Key responsibilities include coordinating with Global Controlling teams, maintaining user guides and templates, recording financial records, managing month-end close activities, preparing manual journals, processing intercompany invoices, maintaining fixed assets and inventory, handling tax-related master data, and providing support for internal and external audits.
To be successful in this role, you should have senior financial management experience, a deep understanding of international financial reporting standards and accounting principles, experience in financial controlling across R2R, P2P, and O2C processes, and a track record of process improvement and system implementation. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cultural awareness skills are essential.
This is a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in leading the performance of high-quality R2R services, ensuring compliance, driving efficiency, and supporting strategic objectives through accurate financial reporting and process improvement.
Required Skills:
