Job Overview

The role of an Operations Team Leader involves overseeing a team of carpark and enforcement staff. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, project management, operations audits, and preparing daily and monthly reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of carpark and enforcement staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Nurture strong client relationships through effective communication and customer service.
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Conduct regular operations audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Compile and submit daily and monthly reports to stakeholders, providing insights into team performance and operations efficiency.
Requirements
  • Candidates must possess a minimum Higher Nitec qualification.
  • At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience is required, with a proven track record of success in leading teams.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel is essential, as well as good leadership qualities and the ability to motivate team members.
  • Adequate transportation (motorcycle or car) is necessary for frequent site visits and travel.
