About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Administrator to join our team at RANDSTAD PTE. LIMITED. As a Business Support Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the Business Support Operations team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Business Support Operations team, including managing incoming correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with office management duties, such as coordinating travel arrangements, managing inventory, and maintaining the Fixed Assets Register.
  • Support the Corporate Services Manager with purchase requisitions, sourcing, and other administrative tasks.
  • Process staff claims and corporate card expenses, including verifying and posting general ledger accounting entries.
  • Perform reconciliation for the monthly Account Ownership Verification (AOV) process and maintain detailed records of financial transactions.
  • Prepare Monthly Department Key Performance Indicators (KRIs) and maintain the Fixed Assets Register.
  • Provide backup support for Accounts Payable Processes and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Business Support.
Requirements
  • Full spectrum of receptionist/admin support experience.
  • Familiarity with reconciliation/AP/AR and ability to handle expense reports.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle numbers accurately.
