Stall Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stall Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our stall. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of tasks, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Management: Oversee the opening and closing of the stall, ensuring all equipment and supplies are in order. Monitor stock levels and manage inventory to prevent shortages.
- Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and supervise staff to maintain operational standards. Assign tasks and schedule shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to maintain satisfaction. Ensure customers have a pleasant experience at the stall.
- Financial Management: Handle daily cash flow, sales records, and prepare end-of-day reports. Monitor sales targets and strategize to increase revenue.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and drive results.
