Infrastructure Specialist Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Specialist to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure and tech stack. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation, security, scalability, and reliability of all IT systems and infrastructure.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee servers, networks, databases, and storage systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. You will also deploy, monitor, and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to support scalable business operations.

  • Manage and maintain IT systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

  • Ensure the company's tech stack is up-to-date, secure, and aligned with business needs.
  • Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Design and manage robust backup systems and disaster recovery plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, system administration, or related roles.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and managing hybrid cloud environments.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, system administration, database management, and infrastructure automation tools.
