Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

An ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful applicant will be responsible for assessing market opportunities, conducting research, and enhancing customer experience through mall-wide promotions and events.

To drive shoppers' traffic and increase tenant sales, the coordinator will source potential licensees and develop advertising campaigns on the annual marketing calendar.

Key responsibilities include developing and managing marketing budgets, planning and executing advertising and promotion strategies, and building relationships with tenants.

Liaising with partners, sponsors, and vendors is also essential for ensuring timely publicity of stores listing and happenings.

A degree in Marketing or Mass Communications is required, along with prior experience in retail mall marketing and digital marketing.

Proficiency in design software and knowledge of digital marketing platforms are also highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain good relationships with tenants

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing / Mass Communications or relevant discipline
  • Prior experience in retail mall marketing, events management, digital marketing and Social Media marketing
  • Proficiency in Design software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc)
  • Good knowledge in digital marketing, including social media platforms management, paid media buy and analytics
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a constantly evolving environment
