Business Risk Manager

This role entails overseeing and executing key processes within a business unit to ensure adherence to enterprise-wide standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing risks, implementing quality assurance practices, and driving operational excellence.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with risk frameworks. Leadership experience and a proven track record of driving business outcomes are also essential.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the assessment of the design and effectiveness of the risk and control environment
- Perform monitoring and testing of controls, identifying issues and control improvements for remediation
- Implement optimized controls and enhanced Quality Assurance (QA) practices
- Manage the performance and productivity of team members
- Ensure timely execution of QA activities
Requirements
This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of risk management principles. The ideal candidate should also have experience working with risk frameworks and be able to drive business outcomes.
