BIM Specialist: Digital Information and Strategy Expert

BIM Information Management Lead
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a seasoned BIM expert to lead our information management initiatives and ensure the effective production, storage, sharing, and exploitation of digital content using the latest technologies and practices.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing BIM projects across various industries and will be responsible for reviewing client information requirements, performing project information manager roles, and collaborating with stakeholders to establish pre-appointment BIM execution plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review client information requirements and perform project information manager roles
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish pre-appointment BIM execution plans
- Liaise with design and bid teams to develop master information delivery plans
- Develop and implement BIM execution plans
- Contribute to project risk registers and tender responses
Requirements:
- Degree-level qualification in architecture, civil engineering, structural, or other relevant disciplines
- Thorough understanding of data and information management, BIM agendas, and relevant standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in delivering multi-disciplinary BIM projects
