Job Opportunity Summary

We are seeking an experienced software professional to join our team in a leading consulting firm in Singapore.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in application support activities, with a strong understanding of the financial sector and market trends.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for software applications and ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and ensure compliance
  • Collaborate with external sources such as Bloomberg and Reuters to obtain market data
  • Develop and implement solutions using programming languages such as Python and SQL
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues using Unix/Linux, PowerShell scripting, and other tools

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • ITIL certification
  • Strong knowledge of XML, PL/SQL, MQ, CFT, and Control-M
  • Experience with monitoring and observability solutions (e.g., ITRS Geneos, Elastic Search, Grafana)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
