Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to create a seamless membership application experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by interacting with membership applicants, providing detailed information on our membership programme and answering queries in a timely manner.

  • Process membership applications and provide sales support, ensuring that all applications are handled efficiently and effectively.

  • Provide administrative support and follow-up regarding membership matters, maintaining high levels of professionalism at all times.

  • Assist in other customer service needs, including problem-solving situations, and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role.

  • Able to learn quickly and accurately, with attention to detail, is crucial for success in this position.

  • Prior customer service experience is advantageous, but not necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge required to excel.

  • Flexibility to travel to different work locations as required, and ability to work weekends and public holidays, is also essential.
