Job Title

A Membership Officer plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to existing and prospective members.

The role focuses on membership engagement, retention, and administrative support to enhance overall member experience. The officer will be responsible for:

  1. Membership Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to increase membership participation and satisfaction.
  2. Retention: Work closely with members to resolve any issues and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements
