Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to deliver exceptional technical assistance to our customers.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and delivering our products in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Provide daily product operation guidance, troubleshooting solutions, business consultation, upgrade services, and testing services to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships, identify new customer needs, and promote repeat sales through excellent service awareness and a strong sense of responsibility.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree
  • 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Strong proficiency in database management using MySQL, with a solid understanding of related skills such as Java and C++
  • Strong learning capabilities, team collaboration skills, excellent service awareness, and a strong sense of responsibility

Key Responsibilities:

Product Delivery: Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.

Customer Support: Provide daily product operation guidance, troubleshooting solutions, business consultation, upgrade services, and testing services to meet customer needs.
