This role involves overseeing the execution of moderate-sized customer projects in Singapore. The Project Lead is responsible for managing project orders from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and alignment with customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate project statements of work and contract terms with customers, encompassing technical and commercial elements.
- Develop project schedules and communicate with customers to ensure expectations are met, engaging internal manufacturing facilities and third-party vendors.
- Monitor project execution by verifying progress through regular meetings, communication, and exchange of technical requirements and project plan information.
- Lead the monitoring and control of project performance, key activities include task completion verification, project team monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Closing out customer projects includes financial reconciliation, job site equipment arrival, installation, start-up, and training support completion.
Requirements:
- Effective communication skills and digital literacy.
- Knowledge of contract law, trade documents, and project management.
- Familiarity with electrical distribution systems and standards.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Understanding of budgeting and financial implications, including cash flows.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent.
- More than 5 years proven track record in managing electrical equipment and package projects in the Building and Industrial segments.
