High-Tech Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Civil and Structural Project Engineer to lead the management of construction projects for high-tech facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing Civil, Structural, and Architectural works.
- The ideal candidate will assist in planning, executing, and completing the project scope on time and within project parameters.
- He/She will review and validate drawings, specifications, and construction documents to ensure compliance with design standards and quality regulations.
- Liaison with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal disciplines is essential to resolve technical issues and facilitate site operations.
- The role requires regular site inspections to ensure timely completion of works as per schedule.
- Sourcing CSA-related materials and coordinating subcontractor activities will also be part of the job responsibilities.
- The engineer will track and report progress, issues, and deliverables to project management.
To be considered for this position, you must have a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture.
- A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in cleanroom, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or data center projects is required.
- Familiarity with local codes and regulations is necessary.
- Experience working with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams is highly valued.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
