Job Summary

Coordinate and manage construction site activities for high-tech facilities, ensuring compliance with design, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the coordination and execution of construction site activities for high-tech facilities.
  2. Assist in planning, executing, and completing construction site scope on time and within budget.
  3. Review and validate drawings, specifications, and construction documents to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulations.
  4. Monitor construction site activities to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.
  5. Liaise with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal disciplines to resolve technical and site issues.
  6. Conduct site inspections and ensure timely completion of works as per schedule.
  7. Support procurement of materials and subcontractor coordination.
  8. Track and report construction progress, issues, and deliverables to project management.
  9. Ensure adherence to project quality assurance and control processes.
  10. Participate in design coordination and constructability review meetings.
  11. Support testing, commissioning, and handover of construction works.
Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in cleanroom, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or data center projects.
  • Familiar with local codes and regulations.
  • Experience working with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, or similar software is a plus.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • The candidate must be fluent in both Mandarin and English to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
