About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer who thrives on scale, loves coaching others, and wants to power the future of technology.

  • Architect, build and maintain full-stack systems powering mobile apps, fleet management systems, and data pipelines
  • Design and implement microservices to support real-time tracking and transactions at scale
  • Lead end-to-end RESTful API development, ensuring high availability and low latency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user insights into actionable features
  • Drive CI/CD best practices: automate testing, deployments, rollbacks, and monitoring across cloud platforms and containerization
  • Mentor and coach fellow engineers, fostering a culture of code quality, reliability, and continuous improvement
  • Champion security-first thinking: identify vulnerabilities, enforce best practices, and stay ahead of emerging threats
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 6+ years professional experience in full-stack development, ideally within high-growth or tech environments
  • Deep expertise in frontend frameworks (React or Vue) and advanced JavaScript/TypeScript patterns
  • Solid mastery of backend languages and frameworks (Spring Boot, Java or equivalent)
  • Proven track record designing large-scale, distributed systems and microservices architectures
  • Extensive experience with both SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) data modeling and optimization
  • Strong skills in RESTful API design, message streaming (Apache Kafka), and search platforms (Elasticsearch)
  • Hands-on with cloud services (AWS, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code
  • Proficient in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
  • Demonstrated mastery of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps tooling
  • Deep understanding of security vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • A passion for mentoring engineers and influencing technical strategy
