Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Temporary Programme Operations Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for programme planning and events management.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also possess strong organizational skills, with a customer-centric mindset and a pro-active approach to task assignment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for programme planning and events management
  • Assist in the running of operations for winter/summer programmes and events
  • Conduct market research for various markets
  • Support other ad hoc projects assigned by supervisor/HOD

Requirements:

  • Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • IT savvy and proficient in MS Office applications
  • 1-2 years of related working experience
  • Good verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent coordination and organization skills
  • Self-motivated individual with a positive work attitude
