Entry-Level Baker Position

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to fill an entry-level baker position in our bakery. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their baking skills and gain experience in a professional environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with experienced bakers, assisting in daily production while learning the craft of artisanal baking from the ground up. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing, mixing, and baking cake base and other baked goods.
  • Weighing and measuring ingredients accurately following recipes and production schedules.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bakery, including equipment and workspaces.
  • FOLLOWING ALL HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS, INCLUDING FOOD HYGIENE STANDARDS.
  • Assisting with packaging, labeling, and inventory rotation as needed.
  • Participating in early morning shifts.
  • Being open to learning, feedback, and training from senior staff.
