**Job Title:** Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Inquiries: Handle customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and courteous manner, responding to their queries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.
  • Knowledge Base Updates: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and update the knowledge base regularly to ensure that accurate and helpful information is available to customers.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred.
  • Experience: 1+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment; experience working with CRM software a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
