Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our organization.

  • Activate, configure, and provision handsets to ensure devices are operational and compliant with company standards.
  • Assist customers with device setup, explain features and usage, and verify personal information with proper documentation handling.
  • Work closely with the IT Support team to troubleshoot and escalate device-related issues.
  • Ensure timely service fulfillment and adhere to data privacy and safety protocols.
  • Support customers with product and service inquiries, basic troubleshooting, and escalate complex feedback or complaints.
  • Coordinate effectively with other teams to support smooth service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Experience in telecom industry/moblie phone activation or service provisioning is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A team player with a strong customer-focused mindset.

This role requires a candidate who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and advance their career. We offer a competitive salary range of SGD 28,000 - SGD 35,000 per annum, plus bonus opportunities.
