About This Role
We are seeking a Tram Operations Coordinator to operate our tram along designated routes, assist guests' enquiries and feedback, and provide assistance during tram emergency situations. You will work closely with tram technicians to ensure trams are in good working condition and manage queue and crowd management at tram stations.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
This role requires a minimum GCE 'N' Levels and above qualification and a Class 3/3 A Driving Licence with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience. You should have a pleasant and courteous disposition, good communication skills, and enjoy interacting with guests. You must be able to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
