The successful candidate will be responsible for operating the tram along the designated route, providing engaging commentary to enhance the guest experience, and managing crowds at stations. They will also be expected to assist with guest enquiries and feedback, perform other ad-hoc duties, and ensure safety and service standards are always met.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent qualification.
