Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Operations & Business Support Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing supplier relationships, procurement processes, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proficient in Google Workspace and Excel, and has excellent written communication skills in both English and Mandarin. They should also have a strong work ethic and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for general administrative support for other operational matters as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage supplier communications, including inquiries, negotiations, and follow-ups.
  • Process purchase orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of supplier contracts, invoices, and procurement data.
  • Assist in sourcing new suppliers and evaluating their reliability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Organize and maintain digital files related to procurement and supplier management.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of inventory and supply chain needs.
  • Handle confidential business information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support business operations.
  • Provide administrative support for other operational matters as needed.

Requirements

  • Tertiary diploma or bachelor's degree.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Home based and able to work independently with reliable equipment
  • Strong command of written English and Mandarin (for supplier communications).
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive) and Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently.
  • Experience in supplier management or procurement is a plus.
  • Ability to handle sensitive business information discreetly.
